Photos: Stop the Prawer-Begin Plan: Day of Rage - 1 Aug 2013

Dear friends,
as you will be aware, Israel plans to implement what is known as the Prawer-Begin plan.  The Plan which has passed the first reading in the Israeli Knesset allows for the ethnic cleansing of more than 40,000 Palestinian Bedouin from their villages and homelands in the Naqab (Negev) desert.  It has been described as a new Naqba by many activists and opponents of the plan.

For more information on the Prawer Plan, see my article published in Red Flag here.   Also this interview with Suhad Bishra from Adalah by Matt Surrusco which was published by +972 Magazine here.

In solidarity,
Kim
